We assist clients from Southport and Robina through to Burleigh Heads and Coolangatta, including crashes on the M1 and Gold Coast Highway. If you received care at Gold Coast University Hospital or Robina Hospital, keep the discharge information and follow-up referrals. If a collision happened across the border in Tweed Heads or elsewhere in New South Wales, tell us at the outset so the applicable scheme can be checked.

Questions before you call?

Can I claim for an injury?

If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident in Queensland, as a driver, passenger, rider or pedestrian, you may be able to claim compensation through CTP insurance. Eligibility depends on your circumstances and time limits apply, so speak with us early.

What if I was partly at fault?

Fault is assessed on the facts of each crash. Partial responsibility may reduce the compensation rather than end the claim, but the outcome depends on the circumstances. Tell us what happened and we will explain where you stand.

How are legal fees explained?

Speaking with us about your enquiry is free and carries no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, we explain the costs agreement, including how no win no fee works, before you sign anything.

Do you handle vehicle damage?

We focus on personal injury compensation. Queensland CTP concerns injuries from motor vehicle accidents; it does not pay for vehicle repairs. Speak with your insurer about vehicle damage.

Do you have an office on the Gold Coast?

We serve the Gold Coast from our Brisbane office at Level 54, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000. We do not have a Gold Coast office.

What should I have ready when I call?

The accident date and location, vehicle registration details if available, a police reference if you have one, and a brief account of your injuries and treatment. Call even if some information is missing, because deadlines can apply.
